This colt's 1st Dam, Easy to Cope was a multiple winner on the track and is a full sister to stake winner SELF EVIDENT. Easy to Cope has produced 3 winners from 5 foals to race, all of those winners being stakes winners or stakes placed. Those runners include: LUCKY LIVI ($275,591), a multiple stakes winner and track record setting sprinter who also was multiple Grade 2 placed. LOTTACOSTA ($197,537), a multiple winner, stakes winner and stakes placed. Madrone ($56,710), a multiple winner and stakes placed runner.
This 2 year-old colt will be trained by Mark Shuman out of his base at Fair Hill training center in Maryland. From that base, he'll be able to run on PA, MD, VA, DE, WV, NJ & NY circuits.

Appealing Diva has a ton of quality and class on her dam side as well. Her first dam, Symphonic Lady, was a multiple winner and stakes placed earner of $184,206 on the race track. Both of her foals to make the races are multiple winners, including Grade 3 stakes placed Bear's Conductor ($134,528). Under her 2nd dam, you will find such outstanding runners as multiple champion INDIAN BLESSING ($2,841,520), SHAMEFUL ($241,345) and LITTLE MATH MAN ($223,166). The outstanding quality of her female side continues to shine through her 3rd dam, Pia's Lady, where you will find Grade 1 winner CAT'S CRADLE ($807,808), Japanese Horse of the Year ZENNO ROB ROY ($10,483,242), Grade 1 winner ROAMIN RACHEL ($528,778) and a host of other big time stakes winners! This filly's 1st dam sire, BLARE OF TRUMPETS, was a Grade 3 winner of $286,213. Her 2nd dam, Smokey Gray was a real hard-knocking 13 time winner of $182,995 and is a half-sister to G3 winner, CUZZIN JEB ($259,470). Her 3rd dam was stakes placed winner, In Record Time ($150,977) who is a half-sister to stakes placed and track record setting Airborne Skier ($150,977 and A Happy Hoofer ($19,584). She has produced 9 other winners including 17 time winner, Top the Record ($286,355). Her 4th dam, Wind in Her Sails, is a half-sister to multiple G2 winner, SIXTY SAILS ($220,131) and is the dam of 12 winners!

2 Year-Old Filly by Forest Wildcat (Storm Cat)
This gorgeous Dark Bay or Brown filly is by top sire FOREST WILDCAT. This filly is powerfully built with a strong hind engine. She is built for speed! Forest Wildcat, who was likely the fastest son of Storm Cat and is one of Storm Cat's most prolific stakes siring sons, equaled the track record at Pimlico twice, while winning 9 of his 20 starts and earning $478,862 on the track. He has sired an astounding 61 stakes winners that have amassed earnings in excess of $43,000,000! He is also now a successful sire of sires, with 2 graded stakes siring sons in 2009 (Wildcat Heir & D'Wildcat). Over the last 3 years combined, Forest Wildcat fillies have averaged $115,660 at 2 year-old auctions from 18 to have sold. In 2010, they have averaged $124,000. Forest Wildcat died in August of 2008 and this filly hails from his penultimate crop.
This filly's Dam, Aesculus, is a stakes placed daughter of HORSE CHESTNUT (SAF) that earned $118,624 on the track. Horse Chestnut (SAF) was South African Horse of the Year and Triple Crown winner. He won 8 of 9 races in that country and won the Grade III Broward Handicap at Gulfstream Park in his lone start in the United States. Her 2nd Dam, CRAFTY BUZZ, was a stakes winner and also half-sister to Grade III stakes winner, GONE FOR REAL, and stakes-placed winner, Intend to Win. Intend to Win is the Dam of Grade II winner and track record setter, JOSH'S MADELYN ($480,309) and 11 time multiple stakes winning sprinter, NOBO JACK ($4,033,400)! Her 3rd Dam, INTENTLY, was an 8 time winner of $221,676 including multiple stakes wins and multiple stakes placings which include the Grade III First Flight Handicap at Curchill Downs. She's also half-sister to Grade III stakes winner, PERCIPIENT ($284,237).
This New York Bred filly is currently going through her prep training in Ocala, Fl. She will be trained by Larry Rivelli and will be based out of Arlington Park later this summer. We plan on running her in NY, IL, KY & FL. She should be ready to run in late August or September.
The first 10 people to join in this partnership before June 30th will be able to participate in naming the filly.

All of our partnerships assume the structure of a Limited Liability Corporation. LLCs offer the legal protection of a corporation combined with the ability and opportunity for members to take advantage of benefits associated with a partnership. Every partnership has its own LLC registered individually with the State of Illinois and the IRS.
Here is how it works.....
Either by auction, private purchase or via the claim box, Dare To Dream Stable will acquire a horse or horses. The goal/objectives of each particular venture will be known up front (ie, claiming, auction, private purchase, one horse, multiple horses, etc.). Once the objectives for a particular venture have been determined, the venture will be published on this site with a summary of the important details as well as a complete Agreement for the venture. The pricing and other details of each venture will vary in accordance with the goals and objectives for the particular venture. However, each venture will share these characteristics:

All the partners share in income and expenses in proportion to their capital investment. We raise enough capital at the outset so that we hope to avoid frequent cash calls for expenses. If we make a profit in excess of what is needed to maintain a 3 month expense reserve, we will make a distribution of the excess cash.

There are no ongoing or monthly management, accounting or legal fees. (In some other partnerships, these fees can be $1,000 a month per horse, or more.). The managing partner is reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses only.

The managing partner gets a 5% partnership interest (in addition to any cash investment he might make), but pays his full share of partnership expenses. In addition, the managing partner will get a bonus (in the form of a percentage of purse money earned by the stables horses as per each partnerships agreement) if our horses are successful.

We contribute up to 1% of all our purses to race track charities, including organizations for the care and adoption of retired race horses, backstretch workers and their families, funds for injured and disabled jockeys and exercise riders and the Riding For A Cure.
