Alexis Claire
Alexis’s passion has always been thoroughbreds and she has worked hard to earn the position she is in today.
She worked for trainer Eduardo Rodriguez as an assistant and exercise rider from 2014-2019 at various tracks such as Hawthorne, Arlington Park & Fair Grounds. She also worked as foreman for top trainer Brendan Walsh, working directly with some very nice horses like Maxfield, La Signare and Extravagant Kid among others.
Alexis also draws on off-the-track equine experiences in shaping her training and care for horses. She has worked with a 501c(3) retraining horses and using them for therapy with veterans.
Since staking out on her own in 2021, Alexis has compiled a record of 135-34-19-14, good for an outstanding win rate of 25% & an equally impressive in-the-money rate of 50% (statistics as of 12/13/22).
