2023 MULTI-HORSE CLAIMING PARTNERSHIP

We are forming a 2023 Multi-Horse claiming partnership. We will be looking to claim 2 horses total. One will be claimed at Fair Grounds and trained by Alexis Claire and the other will be claimed at Gulfstream and trained by Chris Davis. If for any reason, the claims have not been filled before those meets end, we will look to fill any empty slots at the Keeneland meet later in the spring of 2023.  The claiming price levels we will be looking at will be between $10K to 50K with a total purchase budget of $85,000.

**** Please note that Fair Grounds charges 9% Tax on claims. You will be billed your % of the tax after claim is made and this is not included in the budget amount.

If you are interested in participating, please let us know at what level by percentage with 2.5 % being the minimum. There will be a 12% markup added to the claiming price for setting up and managing the partnership. We anticipate this filling up quickly, so please act quickly if interested.

Following are the interest level options available, along with the corresponding top price for each option commission included.

The following percentage levels are available:

• 2.5% interest       $2,380.00 Max
• 5% interest          $4,760.00 Max
• 10% interest       $9,520.00 Max
• 15% interest       $14,280.00 Max
• 20% interest       $19,040.00 Max

How does it work?

Once you have decided to get in and you have picked your percentage, you will be billed ahead of time for the highest possible price we may pay for the claims for that percentage.  If the actual claim price is less than the upper most limit stated above, you will be refunded the difference within 7 days of the final claim being made.

Our commission (already figured into above claim prices) is simple and transparent. 12% on the claim price with a $5K minimum. There will also be a $135 per month management fee.
